More fundraising opportunities

Hello everyone!

 

It was great talking to everyone at tonight's practice. As for the fundraising that we spoke about at Pizza Hut Park, here is the latest info I received from them. Make note of the 2 large events coming up-- July 24: Rascal Flatts; September: KISS (sorry I thought it was in Aug, but it's in Sept). In addition there are the games listed. Remember you need to be TABC certified. This can be done online at any website found. They are all valid and if you look, you may find some that offer a discount making the class run between $14- $17. Like it or not, the class lasts between 3-4 hrs. But, you are certified for 2 yrs. You may go on google and search TABC certification. Once you complete the course, you will need to print a copy the temporary certificate they email you for me to have. Within 2 weeks, you will receive your official TABC#. I will need that eventually. So, look at the schedule and see when you may want to work. Once you are certified, let me know. I will keep you on "this list." And once the date approaches I will send an email asking who wants to work so I can get a head count.

 

Feel free to call me/ email if you have any questions. Also, Tim you may forward this info to the other parents whom I did not get their email address. Remember everyone: the more who work, the bigger the stand, the more money.

Hello Everyone,

 

I hope each of you enjoyed the long three day weekend.  I know that I certainly did.  I wanted to keep each of you updated on the next several events coming up here at Pizza Hut Park. 

 

June 5^th - FC Dallas vs. San Jose Earthquakes - 7:30 game time, 6pm gate opening, 4pm check in time

July 3^rd - FC Dallas vs. Kansas City Wizards - 7:30 game time, 6pm gate opening, 4pm check in time

July 17^th - FC Dallas vs. Real Salt Lake - 7:30 game time, 6p gate opening, 4pm check in time

July 24^th - Rascal Flatts concert - Show time TBD

August 5^th - FC Dallas vs. Inter Milan (2010 UEFA Champions League Winner FC Internazionale Milano) - 8pm game time, 6:30 gate open, 4:30 check in time

August 8^th - FC Dallas vs. Philadelphia Union - 6pm game time, 4:30 gates open, 2:30 check in time

September 18^th - KISS Concert - TBD (We will be moving the game that was originally scheduled for this date)

If your group is scheduled this weekend, you will be receiving a gate list shortly.  If your group is interested in working this weekend I do still have some spots available.  Let me know ASAP so we can get your group in for this event.  If you see an event date on here that you want your group to work, please contact me immediately to ensure that we get your group on the schedule.

 

 

~~~Contest Winners~~~~ I must say that we had so many well decorated volunteers and stands/portables that it was hard to pick a winner.  Thank you so much to all of the volunteers who put serious thought into making this concert such a fun and festive event.  And the winners are..drum roll please.

 The winners for best stand will receive $300 bonus commission added and the winners for Best Portable will receive $150 in extra commissions.  Thanks to everyone for your participation!!
